So, I found a couple things today that I have to share with y'all.

First, this at Rill's Tumblr, which I can't stop staring at for its sheer brilliance.

Secondly, We Drank a Thousand Times by

glorious_spoon. Technically it's from last year's

spn_j2_bigbang, but somehow I only just discovered it now. By now my (apparently) love for Dean/OMC is old news, but this just broke my heart a million times over and kind of made me want to throw in my hat for When Play Turns Bitter, because this fucking story is just so much... more. But anyway. Please go read it, and tell the author how much your worlds just got rocked, even if it's a year overdue.

The lovely

artmetica has (very excitingly!) started artwork for my fic, Hellblazer. While I haven't the foggiest why she would have chosen to honour me with her time and talent, I am very, very happy that she did, because so far the results are amazing. Go and check out the other amazing D/C artwork at her journal immediately, but in the meantime, I present to you the first image from what I hope will be a series. I've also photoshopped together some cover artwork for the fic - hope y'all like it!

So, after a couple months of deliberation and aborted attempts, I present - to all 1.5 of my adoring fans - my first fanmix, done in two parts, dedicated to Castiel of 2014 and "The End".

I've called this mix Le Futur, because some things just sound more original in French even when they're not, and if you bear with me after the cut there is artwork (ie. one piece of artwork) and track listings.

I started fiddling around with CS5 last night on the shinyshiny new Mac, and as a result feel completely braindead this morning. However, i did manage to produce a nifty little Cas manip-thing, which isn't really a manip so much as it is evidence of me getting texture-happy at 2am.

Consider it a preview of the fanmix, hesitantly called "Le Futur", which is forthcoming.

Yay! Something about future!Cas just begs for the grungiest, most delicious texture effects ever.
